Project Description
This was a ground-up build project that took two years to develop. Carmel architect, Alan Turpen, along with builder, Todd Evers from Monterey Ridge Line Builders, helped create this beautiful home. With a location nestled among oak trees and green fairways, the owners wanted to have a Mediterranean feel home where they could entertain out of town guests and a large family.
Bright colors, hand-painted tiles, custom cabinetry and draperies all made this home come alive.
